How things change! Since the inaugural national championships in 1995, which had 200 players across five divisions play 39 games in five days, the prestigious annual event has more than doubled with 500 players across ten divisions played over eight days. Victoria are now the dominant state, but with Queensland recently surpassed them as the leading state in memberships, there is some lead indicators suggesting the pendulum could be swinging again...click "read more" to view full article.
