Australian Rink Hockey Clubs Crowned Asia-Oceania Champions

Australian rink hockey clubs have made history at the inaugural Asia-Oceania Rink Hockey Clubs Champions Cup in Lishui, China, with both Mordialloc Roller Hockey Club and Kwinana Roller Hockey Club Scorpions crowned joint champions.
Mordialloc claimed the Men’s Premier League title alongside Vitória Clube de Macau, while Kwinana shared the Women’s Premier League championship with Japan’s GF Club.
The results cap a strong showing for Australian rink hockey at the inaugural event, which brought leading clubs from across the Asia-Oceania region together in China.
Mordialloc finished as joint champions alongside Macau, with Japan’s GF Club and Chinese Taipei’s Taichung Dark Whirlwind sharing third place.
In the Women’s Premier League, Kwinana’s Scorpions were crowned joint champions with GF Club, while Vitória Clube de Macau and Taranaki Rink Hockey shared third place.
The results mark a significant achievement for Australian rink hockey clubs on the international stage.
The Club Champion of the Asia-Oceania Clubs Champions Cup will have the right to participate at the next World Clubs Cup, representing the Continents Asia-Oceania.
