Four champions crowned at Rumble on the Reef

Matisse Loehr, Corey Nixon, Eddie Acres and Coco Crafter have claimed skateboarding titles at Rumble on the Reef in Mackay.

The Men’s Park competition went down to the wire, with Acres edging Ash Wilcomes by just 0.50 points in a thrilling final. Acres finished on 91.17, with Wilcomes second on 90.67 and Jake Harvey third on 82.67.

In the Men’s Street, Nixon finished on 146.83 to beat Tommy Fynn (141.67) by 5.16 points. Bohdi Smith was third on 105.17.

Crafter claimed another Women’s Park title with 72.50, finishing 2.50 points ahead of Aaliyah Wilson 70.00, with Chihiro Young third on 64.33.

Loehr took out the Women’s Street competition with a score of 98.34, finishing 8.18 points clear of Abby Rose McMahon 90.16, with Sianna Keeley third on 40.00.
