Big few months for Australian Rink Hockey - here’s a quick recap!
July:
Our Australian Women’s and Under 19’s teams hit the 20th Asian Roller-Skating Championships, and our Women brought home a Bronze Medal. Huge effort!
October:
In Argentina, Melbourne RHC represented the entire Asia/Oceania region at the inaugural World Skate Club Championships in San Juan, Argentina. They battled world-class teams like OC Barcelos and Centro Valenciano, and even claimed a historic win over Pan American Champions HC San Jorge during the 5 days of competition at the Aldo Cantoni Stadium.
Sporting de Portugal were crowned Club Champions of the world beating Barcelona of Spain in the final.
Back Home:
At the 2025 Australian Club Championships in Ipswich, Queensland… Taking the honours for 2025…
🏆 Senior Men’s Champions: Mordialloc Roller Hockey Club hailing from Victoria.
🏆 Women’s Champions: Scorpions Roller Hockey Club based out of Kwinana, Western Australia.
A massive 6 months, and so much more to come for Australian Rink Hockey in 2026.
