Stage set for 2025 Oceania & Australian National Scootering titles

The 2025 Oceania Scootering Championships, together with the Australian National Championships is all set for action this weekend at Morayfield Skatepark.
Supported by the City of Moreton Bay, the event will be co-hosted by Skate Australia and World Skate Oceania between Saturday August 9 to Wednesday August 13. Some of the region’s shining talent will be on display at the international event which promises to showcase the sport’s growth across Oceania.
The event marks the first time the tournament will take place in Australia, with it’s inaugural inception last year in Napier, New Zealand proving a success amongst the scootering community.
With the registration period closed, the attention now turns to the pavement as the excitement begins to building in the lead up to the weekend.
It is also noted that the performances of Australian athletes competing in the Oceania Championships, will contribute towards their Australian National Championships results. Elevating the event with an additional level of significance across the tournament.
With a focus to develop and strengthen scootering in the the region, the Pacific Cup, a community focused competition will also take place to inspire tomorrow’s generation of athletes targeting U10-U13 (Male & Female) riders.
The World Skate Oceania Scootering Championships will be cover both park and street disciplines and split into the following categories:
Men's Open
Women's Open
Juniors 17 & Under (Mixed Gender)

Saturday 9th August: Rider Check In: 2:00pm to 4:00pm (Rider Briefing TBC)
Sunday 10th August: Official Practice – Park & Street
Monday 11th August: Qualification / Semi Finals – Park & Street
Tuesday 12th August: Finals – Park & Street
Wednesday 13th August: Reserve Day for inclement weather
