Skate Australia, honoured Pamela Young, Tammy Bryant and Jayson Sutcliffe with Life Memberships at the recent 2025 Annual General Meeting.
Bryant a pioneer of Australian roller skating, who went on to become the nation’s first three-time World Champion. She continues to shape the sport through coaching, mentoring, and her lasting innovation the officially recognised ‘Bryant Spin’. The nomination for Life Membership on the 30th anniversary of her first world championship serves as a fitting tribute to a career defined by unparalleled achievement, lasting innovation, and profound leadership that has left an indelible mark on the sport.
Sutcliffe is on of Australia’s most notable artistic roller skaters and the first skater ever to win a world title on both roller and inline skates. His 30-year career extends beyond competition into coaching, international seminars, and pioneering media work that has tirelessly promoted and advanced the sport globally.

Young, a decorated Artistic skater has dedicated over 35 years to advancing artistic skating in Australia through leadership, coaching, and event management. Her contributions to the sport include holding key administrative roles, promoting the sport's development and inclusivity and playing an active role as a club founder.
